| Sean from CustomHappy and I got into contact around Christmas time which of course is our busiest season and things were looking pretty grim and we were unable to keep up with orders and it was at the time our biggest issue. We were giving out tons of refunds and weren’t sure at the time how we were going to get out of the hole and be able to ship out all of our old backlogged orders. Once CustomHappy fully took over our mug production everyone one of these issues was addressed and taken care of and now it goes so smoothly that I no longer have to even worry or consider the mugs becoming an issue. The entire backlog was cleared out very quickly and the refunds stopped and we didn’t have our entire customer service department dealing with the mug issues. They have kept fully up to date with all orders and we haven’t received even a call about any mug orders in quite some time. Had we been using CustomHappy the entire time we would have been in much better shape and saved us countless headaches (and dollars...)

We initially hired CustomHappy to fulfill mugs for us, but ended up so happy with their services that we’ve now expanded to use them to fulfill more items like pillow cases, posters, shot glasses, and travel mugs. I wanted to write you a note to tell you how beautiful the two Beer Steins were that you sent to us for our fund raiser 'Christmas in July.' You were a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. Your donation was very generous and I am sure we will get a nice offer for them. You had given me the opportunity to pick from your site on etsy up to $50 of any of the merchandise you had there. But leave it to me I had to find something that you did not already have a chow on and request it. But I contacted you once more and once again you came through and said yes your design team could and would do it for me. In no time you emailed me and told me the mugs were on their way. Greyhounds Only received your generous donation of a Greyhound themed mug, Greyhound themed pillowcases, and Italian Greyhound themed shot glass for our 2018 Greyhounds Only Reunion. As I mentioned when I first contacted Custom Happy, Greyhounds Only is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization and the Reunion is our largest fundraiser of the year. This event and the money raised at this event help us to fulfill our mission to place retired racing and at-risk greyhounds into responsible, loving homes, to educate the public about the greyhound breed, to provide access to high-quality medical care and to collaborate with others who share our common goals. I volunteer for a cat rescue. When I asked CustomHappy if they would consider donating a mug for our spring auction they replied yes, they would donate three! Love these products!! As an all-volunteer, charity rescue, we at Short-nosed Only Rescue Team (SNORT) is extremely grateful for the amazing items that [CustomHappy] donated to our charity auction.
